Property Evaluation Guidelines

Sprint is actively seeking suitable properties on which our Broadcast Facilities can be located. Typically, our Facilities require ground space on which we would construct either a monopole or guyed tower, or installation on a rooftop. If you have property that you would like us to consider, please review the following "Design Criteria" and click Continue at the bottom of this page to continue with our Cell Site Sign-up form. Design Criteria

Sprintis currently building in and around major metropolitan areas in the United States.In addition to these metropolitan areas,we are building out some of the major corridors (freeways and highways)connecting these metropolitan areas.If your property is more than 10 to 15 miles outside one of these metropolitan areas or more that 4to6 miles away from the freeway or highway entering these metropolitan areas,it is unlikely that we would be able to use your property.Typically, we prefer the following:

Land for tower sites:

•  Should provide a leased area approximately 50' x 50'
•  Should be no more than 300 to 500 feet (about the length of a football field) from a major paved public street
•  Should be in a community which allows telecommunication towers
•   Must provide 24 hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to all portions of the facility

Building or Rooftop sites:

•   Should be a minimum of 3 to 4 stories tall
•   Should be a flat roof (hot roof, gravel roof)
•   Must provide at least a 20' x 30' area for equipment on the roof, in the building, or on the ground immediately next to the building
•  May be combined in a church steeple, billboard or water tower
•  Must provide 24 hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to all portions of the facility  

When completing the Cell Site Sign-up form and giving us the location of your property please provide directions and distances from major intersections within the Details of Property area. This will assist us in cross-referencing your location.

Following these guidelines and instructions will greatly improve our ability to locate and evaluate your property. If we feel that your property is a potential candidate for locating Facilities, someone representing Sprint will contact you to discuss further. Thank you for your interest and help.
